Everyone is telling you that your business or organization needs a Website. But for the life of you, you can't think why you would want or need one. If you don't believe a presence on the World Wide Web would help you, consider if any of the following statements apply to you:

1. You have some information that would be helpful or interesting to someone somewhere. 2. You have a product you would like to sell.

3. You want to let people know about your business or organization. 4. You have customers who need your support. 5. You want feedback from your customers. 6. You want to make contact with others. 7. You want to expand your business, domestically or internationally, or both. 8. You need to transfer information to other branches, salespeople on the road, international affiliates, publishers, etc.

If none of the above apply to you, then you really don't need a Website. But, as you can see, most people will gain some benefit from a Website. Your need might be as simple as a single page listing contact information, similar to a yellow pages listing. Or maybe you would like to invite your Website visitors to be added to your mailing list, or list volunteer opportunities for your non-profit organization, or set up a password protected section to transfer business documents to employees on a business trip.

The World Wide Web is a powerful business and educational tool; don't miss the opportunity.
