DESCRIPTION: Detail of the Scallop on one of the 2 Virges made for Ford Royer, Verger of St. James Episcopal Church of Minneapolis. The Scallop shell was carved by a Craftsman from England. The Crucifix on the smaller Virge was turned out of aged oak to match the English Oak of the Staff (Rod)
